Select and secure event locations venues including Ceremony and Reception
Select, negotiate, and secure all vendors including caterer, florist, musicians, cake, photographer, videographer, hair, makeup, rentals, transportation, etc.
Assist in the selection, working, and printing of all print materials including save the date cards, invitations, maps, programs, place cards, menus, etc.
Assist in the design of venue decorations including centerpieces, gift table and guest book table arrangements, specialty decor to integrate a specific theme
On-going Coordination -
Continuous correspondence with client and vendors including scheduling of and attendance at vendor meetings, phone calls and emails to assist in the selection of all event details.
Provide on-going monitoring of budget, including payments to vendors.
Maintain guest list and track RSVPs
Unlimited consulting time for advice and guidance
Wedding Week and Day of Wedding Production
Distribute detailed schedule of events to all necessary parties, confirm vendors and arrival times, attend and orchestrate wedding rehearsal, participate in ceremony and reception venue set-up and tear-down, direct and cue all vendors including final payments and tips, manage day's events.
